It is time to stop blaming the UAW for all labor problems. It is shameful that the ones who are best helped by the unions are methodically misled to believe unions are bad for business and the country. Companies negotiate and pool resources to get equitable deals that ensures the viability of all involved. It is high time for the American worker to be a part of negotiating their worth as opposed to being nothing more than commodities.
